The PADI Discover Freediving experience is a fun and safe introduction to the basics of breath-hold diving. Perfect for first-timers, beginners, and even non-swimmers, this session lets you explore what freediving is all about without the pressure of completing a full course.
What you’ll learn:
Basic breathing and breath-hold techniques
Equalization and safety fundamentals
How to move comfortably underwater
Practice in a pool or shallow reef environment
Tips to improve confidence and comfort in the water

PADI Freediver Certification Course
Take your first step into the world of real freediving.
The PADI Freediver Course is designed to help you build a strong foundation in breath-hold diving — combining theory, confined water practice, and open water application. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the underwater world with confidence, control, and safety.
What you’ll learn:
Breathing, relaxation, and equalization techniques
Proper finning, duck diving, and streamlining
Static apnea and dynamic apnea (pool)
Depth diving with free immersion and constant weight
Buddy system and rescue techniques
Course Goals & Requirements:
Static Apnea: Hold your breath for at least 90 seconds
Dynamic Apnea: Swim at least 25 meters horizontally underwater
Depth Goal: Dive to a minimum of 10 meters, maximum of 16 meters
Must be 15 years old or older
Must be able to swim 200 meters (any stroke, no time limit)
Where you’ll train:
Confined Water: Start in Metro Manila (Ortigas, Pasig, Parañaque) or Cavite (Imus)
Open Water: Continue your depth sessions in Batangas or Boracay
Train with certified PADI Freediving Instructors using professional safety protocols and high-quality gear. Upon completion, you’ll earn the PADI Freediver certification, recognized worldwide.

Dynamic Apnea: Minimum 50 meters
Depth Goal: Minimum 20 meters, up to 24 meters

The PADI Master Freediver Course is the highest level of non-professional freediving training in the PADI system. Designed for experienced freedivers, this course focuses on advanced performance, self-discipline, and mastering the physical and mental aspects of freediving.

Advanced equalization and freefall techniques
CO₂ and O₂ tables for performance improvement
Visualization, focus, and mental preparation
Deep diving strategies and technique refinement
Rescue scenarios at greater depths
Self-coaching and training plans for long-term progress
Course Goals & Requirements:
Prerequisite: PADI Advanced Freediver certification (or equivalent)
Static Apnea: Minimum 3 minutes 30 seconds
Dynamic Apnea: Minimum 70 meters
Depth Goal: Minimum 27 meters, up to 32+ meters
Must be 18 years or older
Strong understanding of physiology, safety, and performance training
Where you’ll train:
Confined Water: Metro Manila or Cavite
Open Water: Deep mooring lines in Batangas or Boracay, with safe and ideal conditions for deep diving.

No! Many of our beginners start as non-swimmers. We’ll teach you everything step by step in a safe, supportive environment—starting in the pool or shallow reef. You’ll build water confidence as you learn.
What’s the difference between Discover Freediving and the PADI Freediver Course?
Discover Freediving is a non-certification experience—perfect for first-timers or curious beginners. The PADI Freediver Course is a full certification program that covers theory, pool skills, and open water dives.
